Peter Bradley
Executive Chairman
Mr. Bradley is global business leader with over 25 years of experience as an executive in various food and ingredients businesses. Most recently, Mr.Bradley has been a principal at Ingredient Insights, a strategic consultant focused on food ingredients and is currently an operating partner at Arbor Investments, a private equity firm that focuses on acquiring companies in the food, beverage, and related industries.

Mr. Bradley previously served as CEO of at Novel Ingredients, a technology driven provider of value-added ingredients to the U.S. supplement industry, where he spearheaded its entry into finished consumer products, and guided the successful sale of the company.

Prior to Novel, Mr. Bradley served at the CEO of Warwick International Group, and in a variety of roles with Sensient Technologies Corporation. Mr. Bradley holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Manchester University (Finance and Marketing Majors) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Manchester Business School.
Todd Mitchell
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Todd Mitchell joined RiceBran Technologies as Chief Financial Officer in 2019 with over 20 years of experience in business finance, capital markets, and public equities. In 2022, Mr. Mitchell was promoted to take on the additional role of Chief Operating Officer.  

Prior to joining RiceBran Technologies, Mr. Mitchell served as CFO of Park City Group, Inc. , a Nasdaq-listed company that provides cloud-based supply chain management and food safety compliance software for the consumer food industry.

Prior to joining Park City Group in 2015, Mr. Mitchell was a Research Analyst on Wall Street, where he built a strong track record of finding and championing successful small cap growth companies and ultimately became the Director of Research for Brean Capital LLC. Mr. Mitchell earned an MBA and a master’s degree in economics from George Washington University, and a BA from Vassar College, and is a co-owner of Unturned Stone Productions, a CA-based natural winery specializing in field blends from the Sonoma and Mendocino counties.
Eric Tompkins
Business Unit Leader for MGI and GRR
Eric Tompkins joined RiceBran Technologies in2019 with over 30 years of experience in agricultural commodity processing. Most recently, Mr. Tompkins was the President and CEO of MGI Grain Processing, LLC where he oversaw all organizational functions.

MGI Grain was acquired by RiceBran Technologies in April of 2019. Mr. Tompkins career includes over 25 years with ConAgra Foods where he began his career in grain procurement/risk management, later transitioning to National Account sales, and lastly serving as Director of National Account Sales. Mr. Tompkins graduated from the University of Colorado with a BA in Economics and International Affairs.

He received his Master of International Management from the Thunderbird-American Graduate School of International Management.
Aaron Steele
Business Unit Lead Rice Bran Derivatives
Aaron Steele joined RiceBran Technologies in 2017 as a financial analyst and over the years has been promoted successively to Finance Manager and Business Unit Lead - Rice Bran Derivatives, where he now leads the marketing, sales and operations for the value-added rice bran derivatives business.

Prior to joining RiceBran Technologies, Mr. Steele was an equity research analyst with Feltl and Company, covering agricultural and food related companies. Mr. Steele graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Garry Primeaux
Business Unit Leader for Core-SRB
Garry Primeaux has been with RiceBran for 12 years, serving as Manager of RiceBran’s Louisiana facilities since 2017. Management duties included oversight of inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics, product quality and implementing SQF policies and procedures.

Previously, he spent several years in a Quality Assurance role at the Mermentau facility. Prior to RiceBran, Mr. Primeaux spent several years in the performance horse industry, and he is educated in equine nutrition and physiology. Mr. Primeaux managed an industry leading and state of the art equine breeding operation in Louisiana. He has a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from McNeese State University.

Mr. Primeaux also serves as Executive Director of Louisiana Agriculture Industries Association, a non-profit association which coordinates legislative support efforts for the feed, grain, seed, chemical and fertilizer industries in the state of Louisiana.
Robert DePaul
Robert De Paul joined RiceBran Technologies in 2007 and has served in host of capacities including supply chain management, procurement, logistics and operational oversite, rising over the years to become the company’s VP of operations. Mr. DePaul came to RiceBran Technologies with 22 years of food processing and all aspects of the meat business.

Much of this time was spent at Plumose USA owned by Danish Crown, Copenhagen, last capacity as VP of Inventory and Supply Chain management. Mr. DePaul attended Middlesex County College for Marketing and Distribution and has experience in operating his own businesses. Mr. DePaul resides in Arizona, when not working, enjoys the outdoors, hiking and quality time with his family.

Sherry Rhoads
Compliance / Regulatory / External Affairs
Sherry Rhoads joined RiceBran Technologies in 2018 with 30 years of experience in the grain milling industry. Prior to joining Rice Bran Technologies, Ms. Rhoads served as Director of Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory for Ardent Mills. Ms. Rhoads began her career as a lab technician for Cargill, moving to management roles in Quality at several facilities, and then to an opportunity for growth with ConAgra Mills.

At ConAgra Sherry broadened her technical skills by attending AIB, ultimately becoming responsible for Food Safety and Sanitation for 21 facilities across the US and Puerto Rico.
